We focus on acquiring off-market properties where value can be created through renovation, repositioning, or management. Our typical target range is $50,000 to $75,000 for single-family homes that need work, though we consider any property with strong equity potential.
We prefer houses between 1,100–1,500 square feet, but we also pursue larger homes in the 2,000–3,000 square foot range when they fit our investment model. Beyond single-family homes, we also purchase land for future development opportunities.
In every case, our goal is to identify properties where we can add value — through construction, renovation, or management — and create strong returns for our business and our investors.
